We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
We offer domestic shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, including P.O. boxes. There may be an upcharge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. Additional charges will be displayed at checkout and are based on size and weight of the product ordered.
We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
Shipping is FREE* (standard, domestic ground) - no minimum purchase required.
Expedited and priority shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday-Friday, absent holidays. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. All orders received after 2PM EST will not be processed until the next day.
Delivery transit time depends on the shipping method selected at time of check-out. All shipping times are expressed in business days and do not include weekends as most carriers do not deliver on weekends and exclude transit time during the weekend from their shipping guarantee.
In general, standard shipments are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Expedited shipments take 2-3 days from the time the order is processed and dispatched for delivery. Weekends and holidays are excluded from transit times.
For example, absent any holidays, if you place an order Monday evening, you can expect your order to be processed for shipment on Tuesday.
Currently, gift-wrap and gift messaging are unavailable. Items are shipped with a packing slip that does not show price.

Return Due to Change of Mind
Athletico will happily accept returns* due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. *Gift cards, apparel, fanny packs, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Athletico will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Athletico will happily honor any valid warranty claims for defects in material or workmanship, provided a claim is submitted within 1 year of receipt of goods.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Athletico to process your warranty claim within 7 business days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available). If stock is not available, a similar item may be substituted or a refund issued. Warranty claims require return merchandise authorization. Read more about our warranty policy.
